add alternate atm icon, which is inspired by OSM-carto #78

Replaces the current atm icon () with a more abstract one which should work better at small scale (especially the $ sign is problematic in the old version):

This icon is based on openstreetmap-carto (), but keeps the bill from "maki" () for consistency with the icon used for the bank preset.

What we've done in the past is to make an alternate icon named like atm2 rather than removing the existing one, in case people still want to use it.
