Automate integration test for creating and saving enquiry records on mobile

This involves:

[ ] Verifying that enquiry records can be created and saved on the mobile, and subsequently appear in the View All Enquiries list
[ ] Verifying that enquiry records are correctly posted to the server during sync
[ ] Verifying that enquiry records are correctly downloaded to the mobile during sync
[ ] Checking that an enquiry can be edited (should include editing values across form sections)
