Show my Enquiries in View All on mobile

Steps to Reproduce

Log in to the mobile as field_worker
Navigate to Enquiry > New and then create a new record and save it. This record will show up in the View All pane of Enquiry
Select Synchronise All to perform a synchronisation
On completion of the sync, navigate out of the app and clear the RapidFTR application data
Open the RapidFTR app again and log in as field_worker
Perform a Sync then Navigate to Enquiry > View All

Expected Result The Enquiry record entered previously should be displayed in this list

Actual Result There are no Enquiries displayed
