Spike on using Solr to derive ranking for enquiries matches #182

This spike is to find out what options solr can provide:

  1. Can Solr provide the number/list of fields that have matched an enquiry?
  2. Can Solr provide a rank/degree of matching for an enquiry e.g. 60% of fields Enq1 match with CR1?
