Date fields on the web are always overridden by the mobile

Steps to reproduce

• Create an enquiry on the web and sync it with the mobile
• On the created enquiry on the web, edit any of the date fields (for instance the Date of Birth field in the Details of Adult Seeking a Child form section of the standard enquiries form)
• Save the enquiry record and perform a sync on the mobile
• Reload the edited enquiry record on the web and examine the edited date field

Expected Result The edited date field should show the edited value

Actual Result The edited date field shows the value from the mobile instead

Closing this as it is no longer applicable. All fields on the mobile are being overridden by the fields on the web, and this is being tracked in https://github.com/rapidftr/tracker/issues/197
