When viewing an enquiry using a mobile device, a case worker is able to see the list of potentially matching child records to the enquiry. This feature will allow the case worker to confirm a child record as a match to the enquiry. Upon confirmation, both enquiry and child record will be tagged as having confirmed matches. To unmark the child record as not being a confirmed match, the case worker would simply reverse the action.
Key Considerations
For the enquiry, no other child record should be marked as confirmed once one has been identified.
A change log should be recorded on both enquiry and matching child record for both mark & unmark actions
When viewing the details enquiry and corresponding child record, a highlight message should be displayed at the top indicating that the two records have been matched.
