View potential matches crashes if a new enquiry is not synced #218

Steps to reproduce

Create an enquiry and do not sync it
Navigate to Enquiry > View All and select the previously created enquiry
Navigate to the potential matches section of that enquiry

Expected results The listing of potential matches should not show any records (since matching is only performed at the time of syncing)

Actual result The app crashes with the message “An error occurred while performing this operation”

[Update] Currently, viewing potential matches on the mobile is crashing irrespective of whether an enquiry is synced or not. Also attempting to view some form sections such as Photos & Audio, Details of Interview and Possible Location of the Child has the same effect
