The android has default forms which are used by unverified users. Currently, the structure of these forms does not match the standard forms available on the web server. The net effect of this is that if an unverified user were to fill in data (particularly for enquiries) and sync, this data would never be displayed on the server (or even the mobile after syncing) because of the mismatch in the naming and IDs of the forms, form sections and fields.
