Include details of matches in change log entries for change in status (confirmed match/not matching) #248

In the current implementation, when change logs are recorded due to a change in status of a record regarding matches (such as when the record is marked as a confirmed match, or marked as not matching) the details of the match are not recorded along with the change log.

This card adds the details of the match to the change log. For example: Enquiry with ID ## marked as confirmed match for Child with ID ##
