After Session Timeout, Navigation Bar user name does not refresh #251

Description

After the user's session timed out, the user is brought to the login page. But the user name on the login page does not refresh. A screenshot was attached.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Login as rapidftr
  2. Wait for session timeout
  3. Refresh the page

    Expected Behaviour

The user name should be removed as the following screenshot

Actual Behaviour

The user name remain on the screen and other menu item remains.
