context

When Logged in as field worker in the web app, the field worker is able to see two tabs, one for Children and the second for Enquiries.

Acceptance Scenario

Given a field worker logs in successfully in the web app of RapidReg.

[ ] They should not be able to see the enquiries tab
[ ] They should not be able to navigate to the enquiries page using the enquiries url
[ ] Users should be shown an HTTP 404 error page
