Create RapidReg installer for netbooks(Linux/windows)

Installers (for both Windows and Linux) are successfully generated. However there are a couple of clean-up tasks that can still be worked on to improve the outlook of the Windows Installer, namely:

[x] Ensure that the RapidREG 'application' appears in the list of installed programs in the Windows Control Panel
[x] Ensure that uninstalling RapidREG stops any running instances of the RapidREG VirtualBox VM, and then deletes it completely together with the RapidREG shortcuts initially created in the Programs Menu
