Some tiny nitpicks #30

This fixes some nit picks:

  1. use utc timezone, this should only affect UI of logs and the annotation on the nodes, doesn't really affect the logic
  2. fix a bug with helm chart that fails the install when team is not exist in helm values
  3. log all errors
