These need to be built out and ensure the template for these static pages works.

I don't think they're static pages. They are top level pages, not listed in the menu, that use the "Simple Content Template".

See this: https://unicef-rapidpro-for-health.herokuapp.com/contact-us/ as an example.

We don't have content here, but we shouldn't lose that this needs to exist. I'll assign to UNICEF.

Hi all -- yes, we need these and will have content soon. But @mtrythall is right that these should use the "Simple Content Template".
