added small right padding for two-thirds div to increase space between text and tags
tag headers (Import the Flow, Focus Areas, Contact, etc.) changed from h2 to h3 to make them smaller as requested.

discussed with @kmtracey, made slight css style changes to make greater size difference between h2 and h3 tags.
