Petri net visualizers #12

The visualizers of Petri nets are quite ugly. It might be nice to remove the current visualization and support the graphviz based visualization

We would have a problem with the conformance checking results... and if we do this for only pure petri nets, people would ask why they look different with conformance info rojected.
