[ ] E.g. how to recognize an OOM
[ ] LocalCUDACluster configuration
[ ] input_utils warnings

It might also be a good idea to provide

very general explanation of which ops are eager (Eg training in most algorithms) vs lazy (Eg many inference ops).
what to do/check when it seems like everything is hanging / frozen.
document use of NCCL / UCX for different algorithms and link to relevant documentation for those libraries.
