Integration of Latent Direchlet allocation from Scikit-learn into cuml #4455

As someone who is using Scikit Learn's LDA model, I am looking for ways to speed up run time, especially when dealing with bigram and trigram based models, so I ended up looking into RAPIDS and I am very happy with what I see but one thing I would want to know is if there exists an implementation of LDA within the rapids sci-kit learn ecosystem and if not can we integrate within cuml.

Also what would it take to do so and what would need to be added or adjusted to the sci-kit learn version to make it compatible with cuml?

This should still be in the mix for feature requests I feel.

This issue should still be relevant. I will work on a proof of concept.
