New cuDF and ucx-py nightly versions have been detected.

Updated dask.yaml and run.sh to use RAPIDS_VER=22.04 and UCX_PY_VER=0.25..

Looks like the version scheme of ucx-py changed slightly (from 0.24.0 to 0.25.00) - will need to make some small modifications to the workflow to address this, but this should now be good to merge
