New release for jupyterlab v4 #187

I noticed that the most recent release does not support jupyterlab v4, but the code seems to do so. Is there any timeline for when we can expect a new release to support the newest versions of jupyterlab?

@JacobJanzen a new version has been released (v0.10.0) which supports jupyterlab v4 now.
