Fix landing page #342

This PR is a follow-up to #341.

It includes the following fixes:

Adjusts some CSS styles
- fixes the color on the last section of the new landing page
- prevents the YouTube video on the new landing page from overflowing on mobile screens
Marks the notice pages (e.g. this) as drafts since they're not ready to be published yet
Fixes the landing page URL
