Project Model: Admin editable blob of JS/ JSON #64

Clarify with @ewheeler if we just need an admin-editable only text field to dump a blob of JS/JSON to generate the visualzation for a project, as seen in https://www.dropbox.com/s/0cxtfpsorl4va4q/IAC_personas_projects.pdf?m

@daaray yes that should work. the current implementation uses a few js objects, but its trivial to update this to use a single js blob https://github.com/ewheeler/service-blueprints/blob/master/index.html#L42
