Often people are confused because content does not change inspite of the fact that they have modified content.

It would be helpful to implement a delete cache(s) feature in the admin environment. Let's discuss this.

Often this issue concerns Windows users, even with Firefox. Example:

A list of documents for download is displayed on a page
The document is updated, but the list remains the same now the new document is not displayed

Does this concern modified headers?
