BackupWidget should NOT be able to delete default sql files #136

One can delete the sql dumps for sql light and base. This should not be possible

Well, this is mostly an issue of the access rights. Stuff in base should not be writeable to the PHP user. The set-permissions.sh script does not do this. Closing as invalid.
