Admin css refactoring #154

all admin/preview css need to be analyzed & refactored, mainly because of uncontrolled growth. Lots of styles could be more effective and located more effectively

• all styles like table lists used in details • d&d areas • jquery ui custom css 1.7.2 is old and much more

Updating to jQueryUi 1.9 (#145) with more changes to come seems to be a good opportunity to

With the recent work • refactoring the admin widget styles, f.e. 8f9a13ea90eb0d33c1fba3257d88579fcf07ba75 • refactoring the preview_default styles, f.e. 1f0be60abda06a310cdbf10d466ff37a0fd1ceff • and updating jquery ui custom css to 10.2
