left over by changing template / pagetype (container_name = «not in template»)
temporary storage (container_name = null)

implemented with 5efcb05 a - I guess minor - js bug needs to be fixed: see commit comment.

I did some refactoring with d47bce49a1c98a4c4ae240050f9d4d08178143af. Less special-casing = less lines = less errors in the console.
