Update jQuery UI to 1.11

[x] drag & drop of images in galleries tested
[x] drag & drop filled modules work
[ ] droping available module into filled module is affected: css || js?
[ ] deleting (trash) seems unstable, requires testing
[ ] sorting allow_sort (category chosen / order by sort) links in link admin is not visible, doesn't work
[ ] dialog position in default page_type and detail widget. Vertical position is not ok. Save button never visible. It would be better to have it the same way like before (something like top 50)
[ ] dashboard documentation widget styles get corrupted (screenshot at bottom)
