Pages "is_folder" should have an icon in the tree #207

It would be nice to see (like hidden) at one glance, that a page "is_folder" and the first subpage is displayed.

the jquery3 and jstree upgrades have fixed this issue: pages that are folders are displayed with a double-document icon as distinct from "normal" pages that have a single-document icon.
