Richtext links are being destroyed after subsequent save #255

  1. Internal links (with special characters like "(" or ":" etc. ) in a richtext are broken after the text is opened and saved again. The url-encoding will be doubled
  2. Youtube links are being removed after saving a previously saved richtext

With both use cases the first time of saving the richtext, the links are intact.
