Revert transuranium element additions

Allow only the element symbols defined in the Book Chapter, excluding Ha.

Pro:

• simplifies language
• eliminates the only clear-cut extension to SMILES, leaving a pure subset language
• the elements are extremely rare and not well-represented in organic chemistry
• nullify the question of future updates to grammar

Con:

• not all elements can be represented
