Sorry for the little "pause" from me...
Is the tool still usable? Your feature still interesting?
So my guess is that the permission with a state flag here?
Don't want to work on for no one... 😉
I haven't looked at it since I raised it - we worked around it manually but I will double check for you.

In order to save myself lots of work I test permissions by deactivating records and activating other permissions. When the tool loads the permission sets there is no way to differentiate whether the record is active or inactive.
