Slow start for release 1.2024.9 #1067

Congrats on the new release! In corporate environment behind the proxy, new version starts very slow (>2 min). I guess it has to do with a configuration file stored online. There is nothing interesting in Rappen.XTB.FXB.log ( 2024-09-05 10:15:54.007 PM Dev Info Connected database version: 9.2.24083.168 (Major: 9 Minor: 2). Is there a way to disable this feature? Setting proxy to default fixed the issue, so I am closing this issue.
