Add column createdon #80

It would be useful to have "createdon" as a column to order log records.

Not sure it would ever be different from performanceexecutionduration... But I may be wrong there, can you verify they ever differ?

In some traces like "PipelineTracingService", "duration" and "start time" fields are empty but "created on" always contains data. That was the reason to show this column. 2019-04-14_19-32-08

Ah yes, that is true! MS aims to remove all internal logs with a future update, but until they do this is of course relevant. I'll have a look at it.
