Add launchfiles for starting the VIO and Vicon pipelines
separate launchfile for launching the static transformation nodes
main launchfile for launching the full pipeline, including the static transform, vicon and vio launches
maybe add some arguments to the main launchfile to specify which nodes should be launched
interface launchfiles for each package, which can be called by the main launchfile (and doesn't launch any frame transformations)
standalone launchfiles for each package, which start all necessary nodes (including frame transformations) to run the package standalone
The distinction between interface or standalone configuration could also be done using some arguments. We should investigate which method makes most sense. For now, we can skip the standalone launchfiles and also add this functionality at a later point.
