The motion capture to PX4 publisher, currently in separate repo, should also be provided as a ROS 2 package in this workspace.

We should add some features:

Adding the vicon identifier for the quadcopter as a parameter
Publish PX4 Telemetry data for pose, velocity and acceleration under corresponding topics with at least 50 Hz.
