fixed ARD entries due to API changes.

Some of the entries for the ARD Mediathek were outdated. This PR changes all entries, so that they resemble the categories on the website.

fixes #77 although I can't verify it, since the duration isn't shown in the list somehow but it is added to the ListItem Info field.

currently some folders /series are empty, some others (like sandmänchen) shows up some strange behaviour. I will fix this and push this to upstream
