Use Python scanpy and scvelo instead R Seurat? #3

Hi, in my hands Seurat becomes extremely inefficient when working with many cells (>1e+5). I have reached this number by combining multiple sequencing runs of similar samples. I do expect these numbers to become every day problems soon.

Python is able to crunch these numbers, whereas R is not. I can help with Python analysis scripts if necessary.

I'll work on this in the near future and will for sure open this project for collaboration soon! Thank you :-)
