Remove `ConcurrentFutureStrategy`, `OverwriteFutureStrategy`, and `ConcurrentFutureStream` – RFC #94

I'm considering removing these objects / classes. If you're using any of these, please let me know. They aren't used by any built-in implicits, so you can just search your codebase for these terms.
