remove "/" in all documentation #10

The ping/telnet syntax changed since some document have been written, to better conform to the "industry standard"... that is, we dropped the "/" from the parameters completely.... Context sensitive wcan help help (question mark or tab) but we must remove "/" from all doccumentation
