Need to add the Top Navigation Bar.

Moving it to TO DO columns once already have the Top Navigation Bar. "Don't need any adjust once the Top Navigator Bar won't exist. The functionalities on The title bar/Top Navigator Bar will be described according to each screen. It means, the Title bar/Top Navigator Bar can be different in the APP and the development should follow the design. "

UC for top navigation done and Approved .Menu UC almost approved.It can be moved to the TO_DO list
