Need to add the Top Navigation Bar. Need to confirm with Beatriz if we can remove the search function.

@dianeoliveira top navigation bar added. I suggest we keep the search function, because during the user test the patient did mention that they have a long list of doctors & being able to search(within the app) by name or speciality is very convenient.
