Queries:

Any option needs to be checked by default in the "I'm interested" field.
Also, there are 3 mandatory fields FirstName, LastName and Email; So, do we have minimum length and maximum length defined for the fields.
Will sending email functionality handled at server end.

Apart, from the above queries and data integration, screen development is complete and submitted code for review.
