Chart needs labels for time and price #20

In the chart view, need to add a bar at the bottom and right indicating
date/time and price.

If this grows to be too complicated, consider dropping GEF for JFreeChart
as a stop-gap solution.

With the JFreeChart workaround, this is fixed.
