Improve discovery page #3

Make discovery page. Shouldn't index all NFTs as minting is technically free and we're vulnerable to spam. There's 2 variants of how it can be done:

  1. Permissionless listing with fee to RareWeave team This variant can help to avoid spam and get consistent income for incentivizing artists, making marketing and supporting infrastructure, however people might not want to pay.

  2. Permissioned listing via posting in our discord This variant would mean that people should go in our discord, post their NFT in special channel, and someone from team would list this NFT on discover page if he likes it. This way has lack that we don't get constant income for growth, and NFT artists are vulnerable to our team's bias as we list their NFTs.

How do you see it?

I think listing fee would have the better overall experience, also would have less centralization

Option 1 also allows for possible scaling with PST (e.g., protocol fee shared with token holders).

This is practically done, however we need better ranking and improve it, so leaving opened
