Updated dockerfile.
Created partyball directory to contain stuff which is related to this project
Created:
- party_env
- party_env_core
- party_config
Created unit tests for the above
Made some changes to gfootball environment classes to allow for inheritance
Created a dockerfile capable of running unit tests
Added example config
