Updated readme and added new url for v7.1.2 update #53

I've tested this on Ubuntu 15.04 and Fedora 21 and at least some functionality (including clipboard sharing and hgfs) works in this new release with existing patches.

Can confirm that clipboard and hgfs work on Ubuntu 15.04. There are the usual patch failures (also seen with previous versions like 7.1.1; they're not new) but everything seems fine anyway.
