During certain certain build stages (eg: egg_info), the following warning is observed:

reading manifest template 'MANIFEST.in'
warning: manifest_maker: MANIFEST.in, line 4: unknown action 'inlcude'

Fix misspelling in MANIFEST.in accordingly
