Noisy moisture sensor

the capacitive moisture sensor readings are too varied, this slows down the reliability of the reading to trigger automations.

Updated sensor filtering to use median: this has significantly smoothed out the readings;

filters:

• calibrate_linear:
  • 1.795 -> 0.0
  • 1.43 -> 100.0
• sliding_window_moving_average: window_size: 15 send_every: 15
• median: window_size: 15 send_every: 7 send_first_at: 3
