Imposing hot and cold patch #10

Open ScymnusRIP opened 2 years ago

I'm taking some thermographic picures of grapevines. In some papers on plant drought stress, is suggested to "create" two references (hot and cold) using water and petroleum jelly. This was the easy part. Is there a way to reverse the patch calculation imposing a certain area (delimited by a polygon? imposing a radius and clicking the center?) as hot and cold spot and then proceed with all statistics on remaining of picture? Here a couple of examples

Hi @ScymnusRIP . Very sorry for the delay in responding to you, I'm really snowed under with work at the moment. I just wanted to respond quickly to say that yes - adding in the ability to draw a polygon interactively is something that I had been working on. Please allow me a little more time, and I can see if we can get that implemented for you.
