Can't use more than 18 servos on Netbooks #6

The Pose Editor cannot display more than 18 servos on most netbooks (it
runs out of space)

Might we want a simple rule: >18 servos = put editors in a scrollPane?

just to cope with 640x480 (imagine people running pypose on a pc onboard the 
robot,
with very basic gpu, or even simpler laptops) i would say dont base the 
scrolling on
the servo count, but on the (inner) height of the scrollpane and the inner 
height of
the window.

Just my 2 cents :)

We're going to address this for now with a selection for how many columns to 
display
-- not perfect, but gets somewhere.
